Though nestled serenely in the pines, only 1.5 blocks to the Peak 8 lifts, it has the finishes and style of a New York Loft. Sleek and stylish, this home boasts 6+ BR/6.5 Baths and an additional sleeping area in the front sunroom. The maximum capacity of the house is 19 guests, including the use of the sunroom Queen futon beds. Walk easily to the lifts, the fun park, or to the Summit Stage for an easy ride into town. At the end of the day, ski back to the home along unmarked trails with only a few steps to the front door or take the Gondola into town for dinner. Amenities include a gas fire pit, two fireplaces, wet bar, theater room, and outdoor hot tub.

Rates and Rules
Rates vary depending on the size of your group, the length of your stay, and the time of year. Nightly rates can range from $950 - $2200 excluding taxes and cleaning. Please give us a call for a quote and let us know how we can assist with your planning.
We require a down payment of $2000 ($3000 for holiday rentals) and the balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. We do not have a cancellation policy and don't require a mandatory purchase of travel insurance with each reservation because cancellations are so rare. If you are concerned about the possibility of cancellation, contact www.csatravelprotection.com for information.
