The Meadow House at Keystone Ranch is a spectacularly situated 8 BR/7.5 Bath home located adjacent to the Keystone Ranch Golf Course clubhouse and overlooking the fairway over a pristine meadow. Our guests are welcome to use the community pool which is right next door to the house and it is the only home overlooking pool area. This home is private and quiet even though it is conveniently located within Keystone Resort.

Bedroom Configurations
The Meadow House at Keystone Ranch has 8 BR/7.5 Baths and sleeps up to 19 guests (as we like to say, "with heads on pillows resting in real beds"). There is a 9th bonus sleeping area (The Wild Gooseberry Bunks) that sleeps four children and is a delight! The rooms are all named for the Colorado wildflowers that you might find in the meadow. We wouldn't ask you to sleep on pullout sofas, futons, or air mattresses behind the wash machine. :)

Rates and Rules
Rates vary depending on the size of your group, the length of your stay, and the time of year. Nightly rates can range from $950 - $2200 excluding taxes and cleaning. Please give us a call for a quote and let us know how we can assist with your planning.
We require a down payment of $2000 ($3000 for holiday rentals) and the balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. We do not have a cancellation policy and don't require a mandatory purchase of travel insurance with each reservation because cancellations are so rare.
